We promise individual attention and great service for all of our customers. If at any time you believe we have failed to live up to these standards, please bring it to our owner’s attention.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. If you miss two consecutive appointments without contacting us, you will be required to put down a credit card deposit equal to the amount of your next salon service to secure a reservation. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your next visit.


Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. We schedule appointments according to our experts’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, we understand that life (and traffic) happens, but please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service – this will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients, we do our best to ensure treatments are completed as scheduled.
